Privacy policy
Updated 22 September 2026
This document describes what happens to information when you visit rontal-web.co.il. It is short because the site does very little: it is a static site with no server collecting details and no measurement.
What the site does not do
This site is a set of pages built in advance and served as files. There is no sign-up, no account area and no comment system. The quote-request helper composes a message from your answers and opens it in your own WhatsApp or email app — the site itself neither sends nor stores the message or the answers.
There is no traffic measurement, no advertising pixel and no behaviour analytics. The site itself also does not store a single cookie in your browser (about the map in the Amper demo — see “The demo pages”).
What is stored in your browser
On the pages of this site exactly one preference is stored locally, in localStorage, so the site remembers how you want to see it: light or dark mode, under the key rtw-theme. The display language is not stored here at all — it is determined by the address you are on.
The demo pages under /demos/ store more than that, so a demo behaves like a real site. This is the complete list of what is stored there, separately for each demo:
- rtw-cart-<slug> — that demo's cart: the items, the delivery-or-collection choice, and the time window picked.
- rtw-orders-<slug> — up to ten recent demo orders for that demo, including the name you typed and, for a delivery order, the address you typed. Card details are never stored, because the site has no real payment processing and no card field.
- <slug>-theme and <slug>-language — light or dark mode and the display language for that demo.
What is not stored, and for how long
The phone number and email address typed into a demo checkout are not retained — they are used to display the order in that tab and go away with it.
Everything in the list above stays in your browser only: it is not sent to a server, not sent to me, and does not reach any third party. Clearing site data in your browser deletes all of it, and the site and the demos keep working without it.
When you contact me
The two contact channels on the site are WhatsApp and email, and both are operated by other companies: a WhatsApp conversation runs through WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms, and email to ron.tal.ai.web@gmail.com arrives in Gmail, operated by Google. When you choose one of these channels, the content of your message is also held by that provider, under its own terms and privacy policy.
I keep the correspondence so I can carry on handling your enquiry and answer you. I do not add it to a mailing list, pass it to a third party or sell it.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted with a hosting provider that serves the files and keeps ordinary operational logs — such as IP address, browser type and the page requested — for security and server operation. I have no analytics dashboard over that data, and I do not combine it with anything else.
The demo pages
Every business shown under /demos/ is fictional and was built as a demonstration. There is no real selling, no real card processing and no real collection of personal details. Anything you type into a demonstration screen stays in your browser and is not sent anywhere.
One exception: the Amper demo page shows a Google Maps map. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may store its own cookies in your browser, under its own privacy policy. No other page loads anything from Google.
Your rights
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to me and I will handle the request myself.
Changes to this document
If something on the site changes — for example if a contact form or a measurement tool is added — this document will be updated accordingly and the date above will change.
