What this site is

The site presents the service I offer, the levels of work and the portfolio. It is not a binding offer and it is not a contract. An engagement is made through a written quote setting out the scope, the timeline and the terms.

The demo sites

Every business shown under /demos/ is fictional and was built purely as a demonstration. The names, texts, prices and details are not real and should not be relied on. There is no real selling, no real card processing and no way to order a product. They are provided as they are, with no warranty as to availability or fitness for any purpose.

Intellectual property

The design, code, texts and illustrations on the site and in the demo pages are mine unless stated otherwise in the relevant place. You are welcome to view them, share a link and quote with attribution. Copying the code or the design for commercial use requires written permission.

In a client project, the rights in the delivered work are governed by the written quote and by nothing else.

Links to external services

The site links to external services, including WhatsApp and email. Using them is subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies, over which I have no control.

Liability

I work to keep the information on the site correct and current, but the site is provided as it is. There is no warranty of uninterrupted availability, of freedom from errors, or against loss arising from reliance on content here. Liability in a paid project is defined in the written quote and nowhere else.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to them lies with the courts of Israel.

Changes

I may update these terms. The binding version is the one on this page, and the date above states when it was last updated.
